You retain ownership of your domain, your customer lists/data, and any completed creative assets delivered during our engagement. Our internal templates, frameworks, and implementation methods (including reusable workflow patterns and system build standards) remain proprietary to Aiken North Systems. If service is canceled, managed hosting and ongoing automations provided under the agreement may be disabled; optional transition support is available if you want help migrating or rebuilding the system under a new operator.
